Business Overview

Add your business name, type, address, and timezone. Your AI phone number is assigned after payment.

Optional general display text. Structured weekly hours below power the open/closed logic.

Weekly Hours

Enter Monday once and copy it to the other days. Adjust weekends or any days with different hours.

Use values like 9am-6pm, 10:30am-7pm, or closed. Blank values are saved as closed.

Structured Profile Data

List your services, or upload a price list to save time. Review imports before adding them to your draft.

Your existing customer-facing line. Configure forwarding with its phone carrier after testing your CalledItAI number.
Use a different, non-forwarded direct line. Transfers stay disabled without a staff number. The public business number is never used as a fallback.
At your allowance limit, new calls connect to this confirmed backup line. Unsafe or missing numbers, repeated forwarding, and unanswered transfers go to voicemail for dashboard follow-up. No automatic subscription overage charges.
One service per line. Use Edit catalog to add prices and descriptions.
Comma-separated consultation types
Comma-separated practice areas
Cities or areas your team serves
Optional. Paste one town and state per line, or choose a default state and paste comma-separated towns. A saved list limits automatic home-service booking to matching towns; existing county and ZIP settings stay saved. Unknown or ambiguous locations need staff review. Matching uses the caller's reported locality, not independent address validation. Clear this list to use your existing coverage rules.
Import menu photos or file

Upload up to five menu photos together, one PDF, CSV, or text price list, or paste it below. Photos are reviewed in sequence and added to your current preview. Review every item, category, option, and price before applying. Importing does not save your business.

Photos up to 20 MB are prepared on your device when needed. PDFs must be under 4 MB; CSV and text files under 100 KB. Choose a clear, well-lit photo; review extracted names and prices before saving.
Use one item per line, or CSV columns: name, price, description, category, durationMinutes. Leave unknown prices blank.
Optional service settings
One per line using Service = alias, alias. Helps the AI match real caller phrasing.
Comma-separated provider or staff names
One per line using Name = Google Calendar ID. Used for provider-specific availability and booking.
One per line using Menu Item = alias, alias. Helps the AI recognize how customers naturally order.
For pizza, drinks, combos, etc.
For pizza or food modifiers
Optional advanced settings

Premium Automations

Use these controls to automate follow-up texts, staff alerts, and lead handling after important calls.

Send a text after bookings, consultation requests, service requests, or order requests.
Send a text to your team for urgent or high-value calls.
Send a follow-up text after answered calls that end without a booking, order, or intake completion.
If blank, alerts fall back to the human transfer phone when available.
Calls with this lead score or higher trigger a staff alert.

Premium Revenue Settings

These values let the dashboard estimate revenue captured, revenue in the pipeline, and missed opportunity more accurately.

Used for booked appointment revenue estimates.
Used for law, med spa, dental, and consultation-style revenue estimates.
Used when an order total is not available directly.
Used for plumbing, roofing, electrical, and other service-request revenue estimates.

Prompt and Knowledge

This is where you shape how the AI sounds, what it knows, and the business-specific rules it should follow on calls.

Growth and higher. Up to 300 characters, spoken literally at the start of live and fallback calls. Blank uses the food/service default. Do not include private information or claim the AI is human.
Spoken presentation controls: Tone: friendly, formal, or direct; Response length: concise or standard. Supported affirmative tone/brevity instructions style routine navigation and repair replies in live and fallback calls. Other instructions do not change operational behavior. Orders, required choices, readbacks, confirmations, prices, availability, truthful failures and AI identity always follow the core workflow. Use Custom Greeting for the opening and Knowledge Text for facts. Existing text is also retained for post-call analysis.
Facts and FAQs, for example Q: Where can I park? A: Use the rear lot. Relevant excerpts help answer questions; structured settings and confirmed catalog facts take precedence. This field does not set the opening greeting or override order/booking rules.
